From the seller:
A vessel floating down a river contains an orphaned baby boy. He is found and adopted. As he grows, he learns of his true identity and destiny of greatness. Thus is the premise of two of the greatest stories of our time, but that is where the similarities end. Now we're not saying that "Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn" is better than the Good Book; that would be blasphemy. But please consider the following questions:
"Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn" DOES contain all of those thrilling features and many more! So buy it. It's pretty cheap.

This review is for the Nintendo Switch version and the DLC included.
The game is rather silly but pretty funny in some moments. If you want a relatively short game, with some humor and where you can walk around and beat everything up, this is fills that perfectly. It's a classic beat 'em single player game that provides nostalgia.
Unlike most games that you spend your entire life on, this took a few hours to complete. This really has no replay value once you complete the game (and the DLC). This is both good and bad, depending on the time of gamer you are. The DLC continues the journey with Barack Fu (Barack Obama). It would be nice to see more DLC of this game, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen.
The animated clips that tell the story are hilarious. I was surprised this was even made! However, it is Shaq and he is all over the place with marketing just about anything (The General, Gold Bond, Printers, etc.). People seem really angry about this or trashed it based on past experiences (The original Shaq Fu on the SNES). Give them a break, it's a short entertaining game that doesn't cost much.
This is how badly people tried to prevent the game from launching:
In regards to packaging, if it was on digital for the price I paid (or lower), that would have been a win. However, it's the standard plastic film covering the plastic case which within holds your plastic game.
If it's on sale (which I got for $5) I recommend it, at least for a short escape of reality. Also, don't forget to read the character bios.
