Summary:	Comfortable running weight, even though it's designed for running, it's good enough to be used with any regular activity.

To start small, I ordered the 4LB running weight and it's pretty nice! Even though it's for use with running, even strapping it on to do cleanup and other items around the house feels good. It's additional weight is minimal but after some time I realized I started to slouch, so at some point the weight did get to me.

Mine came a little scuffed up at the clip, but it's no big deal, it's going to get banged up anyways. The material feels nice and the vest fits smoothly. There is a little sleeve that comes out on the left side to avoid irritation from the clip and it's got a little tie to prevent the loose end from flapping around.

I appreciated that it came in a basic box with two pieces of tape, no additional plastic.

Pros:

• Fits nicely.
• Adjustable buckle.
• Has a mesh pocket if you need to store stuff in the back.
• Does not wobble and is snug.
• No additional plastic used.

Cons:

• None
